LABUAN MANAGED TRUST COMPANY
A Labuan Managed Trust Company (MTC) is a licensed entity under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 (LFSSA), approved by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), to provide trust and corporate services to clients. Instead of maintaining its own full physical office and staff in Labuan, an MTC operates under the management of a fully licensed Labuan Trust Company (LTC).
The purpose of an MTC is to allow professional firms and international service providers to establish a presence in Labuan efficiently, without incurring the full operational costs of a standalone LTC.
